Statement of exemption
JollyJerk (“the Site”) is an interactive computer service that provides a live video chat platform. The Site does not produce, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or transmit any sexually explicit depictions as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
All visual content generated through the Site is created in real time by consenting adult users communicating directly with one another via live video. JollyJerk does not record, store, archive, or distribute any such content. The Site functions solely as a conduit for real-time peer-to-peer communication and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 230 and applicable exemptions for interactive computer services.
Age verification
JollyJerk strictly requires all users to be 18 years of age or older. Before accessing the live chat feature, every user must affirmatively confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and agree to our Terms of Service.
JollyJerk does not permit access to minors and takes this obligation seriously. Any user found to be or suspected of being under the age of 18 will have their access terminated immediately.

No stored or produced content
JollyJerk does not:
- Produce, direct, or commission any sexually explicit content
- Record, archive, or store video or audio from any user chat session
- Reproduce or distribute recordings of user interactions
- Host user-uploaded sexually explicit media files
As a result, JollyJerk does not maintain the records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to user-generated live video content, as such content is not produced by or for JollyJerk.
Reporting concerns
JollyJerk is committed to maintaining a lawful platform for consenting adults. If you encounter behaviour on the Site that you believe involves a minor, non-consensual content, or any other illegal activity, please report it immediately via our Contact page.
We take all such reports seriously and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.
